On June 19th, the Department of Pediatrics recognized residents, faculty, and allied health professionals who made major contributions to the program over the past year, in addition to saluting our departing fourth-year pediatric residents.
Healthcare providers, including doctors, residents, physios, podiatrists, and anyone else who perform walking assessments on pediatric patients, are needed for a research study. The research team hopes to hear from healthcare providers about the barriers they face when assessing gait and their preferences for a formal, province-wide gait program. It is a short survey that takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Please see the recruitment poster for more information.
The Provincial Neurodiversity Advocacy partnership (PNAP) is looking for volunteers who are Pediatric SHA Healthcare Workers to better understand neurodiversity-affirming healthcare practices.
